WOMEN'S TEAM SASK
ID CAMP
Sask Baseball is pleased to announce that we will be sending a team to the 2013 Baseball Canada Women’s Invitational Championship in Granby, Quebec from July 11-14. This is an open aged tournament.
Nathan Bourassa will be the Head Coach of this team and has scheduled the following ID Camp:

NCCP PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT POINT SYSTEM
Baseball
Canada recognizes the importance for certified coaches across Canada to
be involved in professional development that reinforces the values of
continuous improvement and lifelong learning and encourages the sharing
of learning among coaches.
Professional development is required for coaches to renew “Certified” status in any context.
Professional development requirements must be completed by the end of the period for which the certification is valid.
Coaches
are required to obtain a minimum number of Professional Development
credits, dependent upon the context in which they are certified.

SANCTION SYSTEM
Sask Baseball for the 2013 season will introduce a new sanction system when dealing with discipline issues.
The purpose of the new system is an attempt to make the sanctions for misconduct more evenly applied by umpires and make the system fairer to the participants in the game.
